David Windhager has been the leader of the entire Global Product Division Customer Service at Rosenbauer AG since June 2017. This division was responsible for the enterprise’s turnover of almost 54 million Euros in 2017 and is the heart of lasting customer loyalty (the second vehicle is sold by excellent customer service). David began his career at Rosenbauer in 1997 with a traineeship in Industrial Management. His first role was in the field of Customer Service/Technical Documentation and after two years he was appointed to Head of Technical Documentation and Spare Parts Management. Whilst working he completed a Master’s degree from the Danube University Krems with a focus on Technical Communication. David Windhager was born in Grieskirchen (Upper Austria) and is an avid skier, runner and mountain biker.
